The TLC is interested in creating a grant writing resource for teachers and administrators to support innovative instruction in the classroom. As teachers, we know that the process of writing a grant can be a daunting one. NT (New Teacher) Camp in Philly, 7/24/10!

If most professional conferences are "teacher-centered", NTCamp 2010 in Philadelphia promises to be one of the most "student-centered" events you might attend. The NT stands for New Teacher - this is a grassroots effort by concerned educators in the metro Philly area to bring together talented educators and educators-in-training to discuss issues pertinent to the new teacher. Web 2.0 For Kids Workshop
I spent the day with 15-17 educators across NJ teaching and learning about social media and Web 2.0 tools. Here is the link to our wiki outlining the workshop. This wiki also has rich resources for teachers to implement in the classroom.
